The mission of NJ-RC SHRM’s Emerging Professionals committee is to provide an open forum for human resource professionals at the early stages of their careers to engage and connect through networking, leadership, and professional development programs. We are committed to furthering the professional development of all our members, especially students and HR professionals with 8 years or less experience, through fellowship, education and supportive networking.
