Towards this end, North Jersey-Rockland Chapter SHRM (NJ-RC SHRM) provides a unique service to its community of HR professionals by offering its own SHRM Certification Preparation Program every Fall for the Winter exam season.
Our eleven (11) week preparation program, based on the SHRM Learning System, is held once a week (September-December) and includes comprehensive coverage of the following HR disciplines:
- Leadership and Navigation
- Ethical Practice
- Relationship Management
- Communication
- Global & Cultural Effectiveness
- Business Acumen
- Consultation
- Critical Evaluation
